FreshSens

This AI platform powered by IoT sensors aims to extend the storage period of perishable goods and accurately predict their shelf life by combining IoT technology and AI algorithms. The platform uses sensors to monitor the environmental conditions of the goods, such as temperature, humidity, oxygen level, etc., and transmits the data to the cloud for analysis and processing.

During the proof of concept phase, IoT sensors need to be deployed to monitor the storage conditions of different types of goods and collect a large amount of real-time data. Through the OpenAI platform, machine learning and deep learning algorithms can be applied to train and analyze this data, build models to predict the shelf life of goods, and provide corresponding storage recommendations.

During the verification process, the model can be compared with the actual storage situation to evaluate the accuracy and practicality of the model. At the same time, considering that different types of goods may have different storage requirements, the flexibility and customization capabilities of the platform also need to be verified.

Through the proof of concept, the potential and feasibility of the platform in extending the storage period of perishable goods and predicting the shelf life can be verified, and guidance can be provided for further research and development and optimization. Ultimately, this platform based on IoT sensors and AI is expected to provide innovative solutions for protecting perishable goods, reducing losses and improving supply chain efficiency.
